We stand behind every Fire Flint Survival Rod unconditionally. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, we'll refund your purchase in full. No questions. No forms. No hassle.
How to Request a Return
Email us at gday@fireflintsurvival.com with your order number and we'll process your refund within 2 business days. You don't need to return the product — keep it, give it away, or dispose of it responsibly.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 2 business days of your request. Depending on your bank or card provider, funds typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days after processing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at gday@fireflintsurvival.com with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
Lost Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of your dispatch notification, contact us. We'll investigate with Australia Post and either reship or refund in full.
Australian Consumer Law
Our 30-day guarantee is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded. If a product has a major fault you are entitled to a refund or replacement regardless of our policy.
