Overview

These terms govern your use of fireflintsurvival.com.au and any purchase made through our store. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Our store is operated by Yamabiko Pty Ltd ABN 35 620 722 741, trading as Fire Flint Survival, Gloucester NSW 2422.

Products

All products are described as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Orders and Payment

An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued. Payment is processed securely by Shopify Payments — we do not store card details.

Shipping

We ship to Australian addresses only via Australia Post. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days metro, 5–8 business days regional. Dispatch occurs within 24 hours of order confirmation on business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or circumstances outside our control.

Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee. See our Returns Policy for full details. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in addition to our voluntary guarantee.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. Fire Flint Survival products are tools — users are responsible for safe and lawful use.
