Products
All products are described as accurately as possible. Product images are representative. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or discontinue products at any time. Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued. Payment is processed securely — we do not store card details.
Shipping
We ship to Australian addresses only via Australia Post. Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days metro, 5–8 business days regional. Dispatch occurs within 24 hours of order confirmation on business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post or circumstances outside our control.

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Fire Flint Survival products are tools — users are responsible for safe and lawful use.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of NSW courts.
